Q1 - what is the exact error the app reports?
Q2 - did you manually refresh the FWC?
Q3 - did you validate that the settings in the mspclnt.ini file reflect
the settings you chose? Check under %UserProfile%\Local
Settings\Microsoft\Firewall Client
Q4 - you didn't use the file extension, did you? ..say "no"

Sounds like you are on the right track then. Just modify the firewall
client settings and you should be in business.
p.s. All of the airline thingies are strange. I have a client with 3
agencies, for a while when he bought the 2 to add to his empire I had 3
separate airline reservations connections. What a nightmare. They
finally consolidated to Worldspan which now connects via SSL over any
Internet connection of your choosing.

There is a cable connection giving internet to ISA external NIC
The airline link is on the internal LAN. Air Malta have a strange
connection setup and connecting via ISA was out of the question.

Do you have two internet lines coming in? One connected to ISA and the
other connected to this airline provided ADSL? If so, it reminds me of
the way my travel agency customer used to be connected.

I have a client who operates in the travel sector.
Their internet connection is protected by ISA 2000. They also have an
ADSL connection (bridge) to an Airline booking system. This is connected
to the internal LAN. Each PC on the LAN has 2 IP addresses, 1 IP
192.x.x.x for the Internal ISA LAN and a 10.100.x.x to connect to the
Airline system.
If the firewall client is disabled both the LAN, connect to ISA and the
airline system work fine.
However if the ISA client is enabled the airline system stops working.
I have added the 10.100.x.x range to the LAT....NO go
Tried playing around with the firewall client ports in the ISA Client
Configuration ...No go
Tried adding Protocol definition and Rule..NO go
This airline thingy needs TCP 4143 in and out
Any help would be really appreciated.
