Hi Widodo,

Are you having problems with Firewall or Web Proxy clients? Or, are you
requiring authentication at the Outgoing Web Requests listener and using
the HTTP Redirector filter? That will cause problems, so make sure the
clients are configured as Web Proxy clients.

Tom

Hi Widido,

In order to get user names in the logs, you need to make them Web Proxy
and Firewall clients, and then remove all anonymous access rules.
Easiest way is to require authentiction for all Site and Content Rules.

Hi Widodo,

That is correct. The HTTP Redirector Filter will redirect HTTP requests
from internal network clients to the Web Proxy service. However, the
credentials sent by the firewall client application will be removed, so
you need to make sure you're not forcing authentication at the outgoing
web requests listener.
