The best way to do this is not to deny the destinations. Instead redirect
them to a page on your local server that explains that the page access was
blocked and logged.

I have made rules for the users on admin and student domain to filter
certain sites. The problem is when ever they go to go to a filtered site it
ask's them for a different username or password is there any way to stop
this from happening.
