Did you ever get any answer on this, or get your clients machines to update
?
I am having similar issues with Windows 2003 not installing updates properly
now.
Worked well before, and nothing changed on the set-up.

I cannot get the FWC machines behind ISA Server to successfully install
windows critical updates. The FWC machines are able to access; check for
the latest version of windows updates software and pick updates to be
installed.
The problem sticks out after pushing down the "INSTALL NOW" button; it
will try to download patches and fail with this error msg:
"No Updates Were Installed..."
May you shed any light on the subject?
