This product has a number of good features and does work with ISA2004 and
exchange email alerts. If you want voice text conferencing then use skype I
gave up on messenger for voice & video once the ISA2x was installed. Skype
works well with my XDA and wireless LAN. If they (Skype) introduce video and
integration with outlook contacts. They will have it all

This has been my experience also. However with hardware NAT services below
$100 -think Lynksys broadband router, most folks at home or in small offices
are behind a NAT firewall. Is the situation the same for the AOL IM?
Probably so. But what then, perhaps Netmeeting. Is there a tutorial out
there somewhere I can use as a template to get that working?

You cant use yahoo or msn voice or video from behind an isa server. The only
way you can accomplish this is if "your buddies" are not behind a NAT
firewall and they are the initiators of the connection to you.

My reading of the earlier threads and from ISAserver.org is that there is NO
WAY you can do video IM from behind an ISA 2k or ISA2004 firewall. I get
lonely for my buddies around the World while I work in NYC and would love to
be able to do video IM or to publish a Web cam from behind my SBS2000
edition of ISA 2000. But my efforts too to date have been to no avail. If
anyone has different information I would love to hear it.

Upgrade to Zonealarm...

You cant. The person you wish to share video and chat with has to initiate
the connection to you.

This is by design

Like the T Rex - to which it is not often compared - the haggis has eyes
that react to movement.
