I'll do some captures of it later today and see what it is showing...

Look in the ISA logs for the connections from your Crackberry..
What's the client-agent field tell you?

Remember that when ISA is configured for FBA, it uses the user-agent in the
request header to determine the proper auth method. If it doesn't find a
specific user-agent in the predefined list, it will default to Basic auth.

I assume that the handhelds are connecting to mailboxes on their own (no BES)

What auth are you using on the front end? is it ISA FBA or Exchange FBA?

I had to revert to exchange FBA to get BB pearls to connect to Exchange 2003
thru ISA 2006.

Not sure if this applies to your Exch2007/ISA2006 issue.

Has anyone gotten a Blackberry working with Outlook Web Access 2007 through
ISA2006? Blackberry tech support is claiming that it will not work at all, and
is currently not supporting that configuration.
