Indeed. Just like when someone says they have the proxy client
installed.

*Web proxy client? Maybe, but doesn't require install
*Winsock proxy client. Maybe, but most of them still think PIXie and
wouldn't know a Winsock from a Windsock 
*SecureNAT client? Maybe, because they created a Network Rule that NAT's
from the source to destination network

This one is right up their with the old timer from the first days of ISA
Server 2000, that you somehow needed the Firewall client for POP3.

The confusion point I have to answer most often (and I think what he's
asking) is if FTP uploads are supported for web proxy clients.
The answer is "no".

SecureNET clients can do it just fine *IF* you configured ISA properly.

Hi Noel,

No ISA firewall ever required the Firewall client for upload. NEVER was
the Firewall client required.
