If they run windows, I highly doubt they can give you an SSH tunnel or
SFTP/SCP to work with...
I would inquire to them about the possibility of an encrypted connection of
some sort, perhaps their server supports FTPS (ssl)-- but then I'm told ISA
doesn't support that, right Jim?

If that's the case, then you'll have to ask them for a SSH channel.
Don't use FTP; your server will become a WAREZhouse in no time at all.

That is *if* the ISP allows you to login via RDP, which is unlikely. If so,

Use Terminal Services.
The RDP client allows you to map drives from the client to the server
through the RDP connection.
It's encrypted, authenticated and requires no special setup in the client,
server or intervening firewall.
