Create a Site and Content Rule and a Protocol Rule to support FTP access
to the FTP server.

I have just finished setting up Integrated ISA server, all my
clients can access the internet without any problems, can anyone please
tell me step by step how to enable my clients to access external FTP
Servers, right now they can't.
