FTP server access error 500

Hello, I am running an upgrade of ISA 2004. It accepted my published FTP
server rule from ISA 2000 and it continues to work. However, when I go
to publish a new FTP server to access a virtual directory on a internal
server I get path cannot be found 500 error messages. Am I missing
something on the path to the virtual directory of the internal server?
Any help would be appreciated, TIA.
