I added protocol definition as per yr instruction but still getting same
message.
Interestingly, from isa server if ftp sites are accessed, it is okay. only
from client this problem is existing.
the message I get is
Windows cannot access this folder. make sure you type the file name
correctly and you have persmission to access the folder.
The operation timed out
