I'm getting a no-repro for this site and request.
I'd ask that you please contact PSS and provide your ISAInfo as well.

ISA 2004
None
ftp://cambridgebrass.com doesn't crash the service,
ftp://cbrassweb@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does.
There is a popup on the client screen when you try the 2nd that tells
you it couldn't find it in DNS then the service goes down. You can
restart it fine. I have not got any other ftp url's to try.

What ISA version?
What patches?
What's the real URL?
Does it matter what URL you use?

Has anyone had this happen?
The clients are web proxy only.

I seems to only happen when you send the URL from IE like
'ftp://username@xxxxxxxxxx' and not when you go to
ftp://something.domain.com

It happens every time you try.
