What's your user skill level?
If they understand basic FTP, then the built-in FTP client is sufficient.
Otherwise, you'll have to do some downloading and see what shakes out of the 
trials you set up.

Thanks, Jim.  The requirements in this case: users will need to authenticate to 
the FTP server, and upload files.  Any FTP client suggestions (off list)? :)
