Hi Fabrice,
1. Buy and read the book :-)
2. Check the Learning Zone
3. Define the ISA Server client type
4. Configure DNS to support the client type
5. Confirm FTP Access Application filter is enabled (for SNAT clients)
6. Confirm DNS settings on ISA Server are correct
7. Try both PASV and PORT depending on FTP server requirements

I have the same problem. My FTP client can't go trough isa.
The FWclient is installed on the workstation. But nothing goes...
if someone can help,it will be great!!
