The Web Proxy service allows FTP download-only functionality.  This means
that you can't upload to an FTP server through the Web Proxy.
If you install in Integrated or Firewall mode, you get the protocol smarts
and application filters that come with the Firewall service.

What exactly it means VIA WEB PROXY ?
