FTP Server behind ISA 2004 only works with active FTP mode

Hello people!
Finally back after the carnival ;)
Well, I'm having an issue that is a bit weird. We have a FTP server
being run on IIS 6.0, Windows 2003 SP1. I've published the thingy thru
Server Publishing and it works really well, but only using active FTP.
Passive FTP hangs when it's listing the directory contents.
We are using a leased line connection that gives us the public IP
address directly on ISA's NIC.
I'd like to correct this because it's really annoying to tell everyone
to take off passive FTP, not to mention that some firewalls from
customers won't work if using active ftp connections.
