Create a protocol rule that allow the predefined protocols: ftp and ftp
download only and as long as you are using a ftp session, if it is still
does not work, you should disable de ftp filter from the application
filters. After that it will work.

Hi, I'm dealing with this problem too.
The only way i got the ftp client working, was to open all outbound and
inbound traffic...... (bye bye firewall)
i think it's because ftp uses upper ports for communication, and on the
isa server there is no firewall client and no secure nat client.
the only way would be to open all the ports, and that's no good for
security reasons.
maybe someone else has a good idea how to solve this problem
