Phone PSS and ask for the hotfix, it's a known issue. They will give you
a password then you can go to ftp://hotfix.microsoft.com and download
the hotfix. Or ask them for SP1 beta, its all free.

Hi, I'm dealing with this problem too.
The only way i got the ftp client working, was to open all outbound and
inbound traffic...... (bye bye firewall) i think it's because ftp uses
upper ports for communication, and on the isa server there is no
firewall client and no secure nat client. the only way would be to open
all the ports, and that's no good for security reasons.

maybe someone else has a good idea how to solve this problem
