        Another possibility that a hork mode configuration is extant,
and they're not using HTTP tunneled FTP connections. In that case, the
FTP connection isn't supported.

                There are three things that are usually the culprit for
blocking FTP transactions.

                 

                FTP Filter Read-Only disallowing uploads. Solution:
Create a new rule to allowing uploading of files off the network to
specific locations. In the FTP filter of the new rule uncheck Read-Only.

                FTP using SSL tunnel. Solution: Create a new rules
allowing uploading of files off the network to specific locations. Edit
the FTP protocol and under applied filters, remove the FTP filter.

                FTP not transaction not happening on the rule you
expected. Solution: Check the logs to find out which rule is blocking
FTP, follow one of the solutions above.

                 

                If it is not one of these issues then it is likely that
the problem is not on your end.

                I am using ISA 2004 Standard Edition 

                The User behind the ISA Server is using a CuteFTP
software when access the website outside ISA Server it connects but when
he try to upload any file on the website 

                it gives the folowing error

                Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have
the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested
operation

                I have tried to do every thing to allow aceess but its
not working. I have also visited ISASERVER.ORG website and try too find
the solution there also 

                 

                please guide me or emai me any link so that i can solve
this above problem ISA Server is running a public IP with two Network
