FTP Access

Hi All
I have reinstall my ISA solution (ISA 2000, SP2) and have problem with FTP
access.
With LeechFTP, who seems to use activ mode : no problem, it works
With CuteFTP, who use passiv mode (PASV) the connection failed to etablish
data socket
There is no filter on FTP and I allow all the protocols
Help ...
