Just to share with everyone. Someone mentioned to me in a thread while
discussing this problem that Ameritech may have an MTU problem. I don't
know who's fault it is or if it should be this way, but I fixed the
problem.

Just change the MTU size of my ISA Server to 1460, and rebooted. Now I
can access all resources from all connections! Just thought I would
share!!!
