Exchange with ISA Server

hi All
i am in process of setting up my ISA Server along with E2K. My ISAS is working
fine for all HTTP request. But some how my outbound mail is not going through.
As test case i am tring to use outlook express to get and send mail through ISA
server but that is also not working. Ofcourse i have defined IP filter for
SMTp. Can any won give me some help in this regard.
