Hi Jeri,
Could be a DNS issue. Check the ISA Server 2000 Exchange 2000/2003 deployment
kit article on DNS support.

My exchange was back thru Isa server and my messages stay in the queue and
don't go. Only messages in the internal domain.
I apply the Isa SP1
I Did the server publish rules (wizard)
and still remain in the queue of smtp virtual server.
some idea ?
