Make sure you have port 25 opened in BOTH directions. Incoming mail comes in 
from the internet to port 25 of your Exchange Server. Port 110 needs to be open 
inbound only.

I can't configure Exchange Server on the ISA Server Computer.
When I enable packet filtering, recieving mail immidiatly stops, though I
still can send mail.
I created packet filters for ports 25 and 110, according to scenario, but
it doesn't help.
I need more detailed instructions.
