Exchange 2000 on ISA Server

I realize this is not a good idea, but this is set up in a test lab.
I've seen several messages about this, but I still can't get inbound mail.
Mail leaves from internal client, but no mail is delivered to internal client
from external source. The DNS is okay(I think). Mail is sitting in the Mailbox.
I can see the number of items there. Exchange is not delivering mail
internally. I've set up packet filters, ran secure mail wizard, etc. Please
help.
