Right- but I think he was asking about the configuration being different

between the two- certainly, combining any internet-based service with a
DC 
has security ramifications, but I have not personally seen any
difference 
between how the configuration is done- other than something like
enabling 
OWA on the DC also mandating Log on Locally rights to all the DC :(.
