Exch2k Not Sending Mail

Good Morning Everyone,
My Exchange 2K server is pubslihed via ISA. Yesterday it stopped sending
mail. Everyone can recevie but the queues keep building. The only thing I
changed on the ISA box was running the VPN wizard. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
