Hi David,

I've read about your plight. Like Jim, I haven't seen this situation
before. Although I've been running into a lot of weird ISA Server
problems that take place when the SPIDs magically disappear from an ISDN
configuration :-)

I know that there is a Q article out there somewhere that shows you how
to set the order of when services start. If you can find that article,
you could manually set RRAS to start after the ISA Server related
services. I'll check and see if I have that article around.

Hi Tom,
As Jim pointed out...I'm in a particular snag...I'm not sure why VPN for
clients causes the ISA server to have a problem to co-exist together, do
you have any clues that I may have done to cause such roadblock.

Dave

I know definitely that RRAS is the problem, since that would be the only
addition to installing VPN for clients

I've never personally hit that particular snag, but there is an order to
the services that may have hit a snag:

Stopping -
WEB proxy service
RRAS
FW service
Control service

Starting -
Control service
FW service
RRAS
WEB proxy service

Hi Jim,
Have you ran into this problem with installing VPN for clients? After
installing VPN for clients then reboot ISA's services fails to start due
to RRAS?
