1 - NEVER install RRAS outside of the ISA wizards; they exist for a
reason - to make RRAS and ISA cooperative
2 - get http://isatools.org/rras_fix.vbs, run it on the ISA and reboot.

Yes, I configured it manually - I will move the RAS
function to another machne and update yu if it solves the
prob.
