Ok, I stopped RRAS, then started isactrl. And it started! So then I started
RRAS...and isactrl "stopped itself". What is going on now?!

MY ISA service wont start if RRAS is running.  I have set RRAS to depend on ISA
service to start.  After that everything is just fine.

However the error in my event log was specific "ISA cannot start because RRAS
is running...."

I tell a lie...the Services console does show that RRAS is dependent on
isactrl. BUT how come RRAS is started, when isactrl isn't? Now I'm confused!

Check your RasMan service; isactrl has a dependency on that.

Jim,

Nope, haven't changed either security settings or service startups. I didn't
reboot the machine, just restarted the services...or tried to. There are no
other errors in event log.

Have you changed any security settings?
Have you changed any service startups?
What other errors are in the event log?

Two weeks ago, I sent the following message.
Since that, I had no real respons and solutions.
Can someone help me with this problem ?
Thank you at all the group,

-------------------------------------------------------
Since a lot of time, I try to resolve a problem with ISA Server.
Nobody is able to give me a solution.

We would like to make NetMeeting via our ISA Server.
For the moment, we search only to make outgoing call.

If we follow all the instructions (Microsoft, Shinder, ...), we do not
need
to configure a Gatekeeper.

Then I configure the H.323 Protocol as well as the H.323 Application
filter.

After that :
- We can make a call.
- We can chat.
- The other people can hear me very well.
But ..
- I can't hear him and see him.

We work on a Network with NT 4 WorkStations.
The ISA server is Winbdows 2000 Server.

Please, can someone say me if there is a solution, an article or any
information
or instruction I can get to do that ?

Thank you in advance.

Ernest Geyskens.
