But I'm getting duplicate posts of things that were posted a week ago or
more. All of a sudden 100+ emails that were delivered last week appeared
again on Sunday. I think the problem is with the list host.

I am noticing that I and others are receiving duplicate posts.

I have noticed that if there is more than one MX record, the list is
sending
the post to each MX record, thereby sending duplicates to those persons.
