Brajesh 1.What sort of internet connection do you have and why do you need a download accelerator. I'm guessing you wont want to install a download accelerator on the client machines. 2. Get the banned_sex_sites script from www.isastuff.mine.nu and use Jim's import/export script from http://www.isatools.org to import it. That will do it for you.
