Good to hear you got it working! Thanks for reminding me about the need
for the DNS packet filter, since the client on the DMZ segment needs to
resolve its own names as well.

I finally managed to have outbound access not only by creating an
outbound
IP packet filter with tcp but also with one more IP filter by using Dns
lookup.
