2K*.reforma.com will define a.reforma.com, b.reforma.com, etc
I think in order to block directories you need to use wildcats in the sub 
directory.
as in reforma.com/*.* where the second * may not be required

  Ok, I've done it, but i have one question. When I define a destination set 
like *.reforma.com it includes all the internal web pages in that domain like:
   
  www.reforma.com
  www.negocios.reforma.com
  www.reforma.com/gente/new.html
   
  Or do i have to define something like *.reforma.com*  or *.reforma.com/* ?

    Create a destination set for that web site
    Create a routing rule using that destination set and specify "never cache" 
in the wizard.

      I have installed ISA and configure to use cache. It works well. The 
problem that I have is that I need to disable caching for a single web page 
that my users need to lookup constantly and view any modifications instantly.
      Is there a way to define a shorter TTL for this web page in particular or 
to disable the caching only for this web page?
