Destination Set Problem

hi,
I m facing some problem regarding Destination Sets,I made a routing rule
named "Not Cacheable" with a destination Set. I want to say that
www.microsoft.com, like this type of address working properly but if I
enter addresses like www.microsoft.com/downloads/*. then these types of
addresses are not working properly on Destination Sets. Similarly in same
fashion, this problem is occuring on all Blocked Types Destination Set.
Please help me to remove or solve this problem.
