I found the silly mistake I made. My DNS Suffix had a wrong spelling. Corrected it, it works fine now... After the production Domain was upgraded from NT4 to Windows 2000 AD, I was getting error 1000 in the Event log of my ISA server every time I login, which indicates a problem with DNS as per KB. I added the interanl DNS servers the internal interface in the ISA server. However, If I do a ping or a nslookup, the DNS request is timing out. I am able to ping to the DNS server IP. Any ideas what I am doing wrong.. Thanks in advance for any help.
