hi Mike Clow
I deleted all the logs, but still i have the problem.
why i wanted to uninstall the ISA is, bcos i couldnt get my Exchange 2000 
server working on the same ISA box.
i couldnt run secure mail and publish the server. it says IP not internal..
anu idia on this?

  You must stop the process. First go to the isa log directory and try to 
delete the logs there. Then try to stop the process. I had a real problem 
killing the process, so Microsoft sent me a DOS based kill.exe the command used 
was kill -f dailysum. It worked, then we could delete the log files that seemed 
to be causing the problem.
   
  What we figured was one of the logs were corrupt, and the process was 
attempting to run a report with it. That process should run at midnight. and 
only long enough to gen up the report.
