First go to the isa log directory and try to delete the logs there. Then try to stop the process. I had a real problem killing the process, so Microsoft sent me a DOS based kill.exe the command used was kill -f dailysum. It worked, then we could delete the log files that seemed to be causing the problem. What we figured was one of the logs were corrupt, and the process was attempting to run a report with it. That process should run at midnight. and only long enough to gen up the report.
