Might be the price, It is a bit on the high side.. Also you really do not
have any report configuration control, you just use the various presets they
have, though you are able to select between all hits or just visits.

This sounds stupid but I cannot remember why I was unhappy with Cyfin, it
has been a couple of months. Burst just came out with a new version so I
was going to try it. Maybe I will go back and take another look at Cyfin.

I have been evaluating Burstek and I haven't been pleased. I evaluated
Burst Technologies product and they log every hit instead of actual visits
by the user. Why were you unhappy with Cyfin? I agree with you! We
shouldn't have to buy a third party product.

This has been our biggest challenge with ISA. Both of the 3rd party tools I
have tried rely on the ISA logs. I gave Cyfin a go and was not happy so I
went on too Log Analyzer and they are working around the log issues and just
came out with their latest release. If we go with one it will be Burstek.
I know no one wants too hear this but why should we have too buy a third
party product on reports for web usage? Microsoft really came up short with
ISA.
