Ok, for anyone that cares, You can get this error when Transfer-Encoding:
chunk and the chunk size in the data body is bigger then the data returned.

Don't know about ISA 2004, but in ISA 2000 you could edit the registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3Proxy\Parameters]
"MaxRequestHeadersSize"=dword:00032000
"MaxResponseHeadersSize"=dword:00032000

It appears to happen when using Transfer-Encoding: chunk and the chunk size
is very large, however that is not the response header. Response header,
appears normal.

There is nothing in the Microsoft KB, however from doing a google search it
appears that I am not the only one with this problem and there are no answer
posts.
