Constant Service Log failure.

I'm looking for some insight on a recurring problem with my ISA server.  The
log files for the web proxy are constantly sending off failure messages but
keep on logging data.  This has the result of causing the Dailysum.exe to
hang when it tries to run since the files are corrupt.  The event log just
has this cryptic little message.

Description:
The Microsoft Web Proxy failed to log information to file WEBD20011228.log

Any ideas what might be causing this.


I did find a reference on the ISAserver.org website but it only partially
related to this problem. (I tried it anyway and still have the problem)


Any insight you folks might have would be helpful.
