Make sure you have enough ports defined for all the clients you expect to serve. You can see this in RRAS properties. I have a client vpn set up with my ISA server. It worked great and then I had to migrate it to a new server. Everything works well except: roughly half of my users can successfully connect to the vpn and the other half time out during "verifying user name and password" with error 721. I cannot find any similarities between those getting rejected. Some are dial-up and some are broadband. Some are W2k and some are xp pro. Same for the half that can successfully connect. Any ideas on what I can check? tia Chris ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Exchange Server Resource Site: http://www.msexchange.org/ Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: jim@xxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
