Make sure you have enough ports defined for all the clients you expect to
serve.
You can see this in RRAS properties.

Subject: [isalist] Connecting to ISA VPN

http://www.ISAserver.org

Has anyone encountered this? I have a client vpn set up with my ISA server.
It worked great and then I had to migrate it to a new server.
Everything works well except:

roughly half of my users can successfully connect to the vpn and the other
half time out during "verifying user name and password" with error 721. I
cannot find any similarities between those getting rejected. Some are
dial-up and some are broadband. Some are W2k and some are xp pro. Same for
the half that can successfully connect.

Any ideas on what I can check?

tia

Chris
