On my setup at home the outside NIC (on the ISA server)
that is connected to the cable modem is setup to use DHCP to obtain its
address. My DHCP provided public address never changes because the ISA
server is always on so the address renews every night at 12:01am. So
other than having to use DHCP on the outside NIC ISA is setup just like
I do when the outside address is a static public address. One note is
that ISA had problems with DHCP addresses previous to SP1 so make sure
you install it after installing ISA.
