Download the help for ISA 2000 or 2004 and read it.
You had to do that for WinProxy, too.

Dear all, we are currently using winproxy where we have configured ports
for two different external emails {e.g for one email address 2011
(incoming PoP3) while (2026 outgoing SMTP) and for another email address
2010 (incoming PoP3) while 2025 (outgoing SMTP)}.
Now instead of winproxy we want to switch to ISA server but we can't
find
the way to configure two different ports for two different emails. Pls
help us to switch to ISA server ASAP.
