Configure Firewall on ISA 2000

Please help,
I need to configure my ISA 2000 to allow the client to access the secured
website using SmartPass 4.4.
If I connect the computer directly to Internet, I can access the website.
However, if I connect to the Internet through ISA 2000 server, then I
can't with the following error message: [from the log file of that
software]
"Using Proxy Server 172.16.3.160:8080...
Detecting port (3845) for VPN Server (wall.riss.net)...
Detecting port (80) for VPN Server (wall.riss.net)...
Failed to find out valid port for the VPN Server (wall.riss.net)
Unable to connect to dynamic configuration server wall.riss.net:443..."
