Check the RK help and you'll find it the same way I did :-) The RK tool is supposed to enforce a single log on per domain account. The problem I have is that people give their passwords out and then the users simply shift-right-click iexplore.exe, select the RunAs option and then enter the credentials under which the IExplorer session should run, thus bypassing any utility that will control how many workstations you physically log onto.
