Hi Raj,
Yes, it does seem like they've removed any content -- its just that
anything PSS/CSS related is gone, like they're deny the existance of the
product :)

Googling still hits MS TechNet articles on ISA server, that's
what I used recently to build my ISA 2004 NLB cluster.
