Command-line tool to disable authentication

Hello all:
I need a tool to disable authenitcation for outgoing web requests. Needed so
that a client can send out, via http, Seti@home <mailto:Seti@home> work files
after busines hours -- two o'clock AM. If not, does anyone know of any way
around to get Setiahome communicating via http?
