IN the UK bandwidth is very expensive and yet ADSL is cheap but
contention rates mean that a lot of the time bandwidth is good, but
occasionally it is awful and unsatisfactory for commercial use.  I would
like to provide my corporate customers with a method of aggregating
Leased line and ADSL so that they can enjoy cheap and good quality
bandwidth.  It seems that this can only be done using intelligent
routing.  We seem to have a really good team of world class expertise on
this list and wondered if I was overlooking an ISA capability.  Please
can you comment?
