Clients Access to the Internet

Hi,
    My question is: At the moment my ISA Server lost the comunication with 
domain controller to authenticated the access clients to the internet 
(outbound), how i can find the solution to works well??!?

(My clients have to input the credentials to access to the internet and after 
the weekend the clients input the credentials but doesn't received the 
connection. Appears the next message:HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required - 
The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web 
Proxy service is denied. (12209)
