Client VPN and VNC/Remote desktop

Hi
I am now able to set up an Internet ISA Client VPN to a sister company
site. I can ping that site and everything except I cant see the server via
Remote Desktop or VNC. If I bypass our ISA server and connect directly to
our DSL router I can however do these things.
This is Urgent as this is the only way we can effectively monitor our
sister company networks 400km away. We also plan to expand this service to
other companies in the group.
